Engineering Design Center (EDC) was created under an agreement between General Electric and the Institute of Aviation. Our engineers work in following areas: aircraft jet engines, gas and steam turbines, electric motors and generators, centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, as well as industrial installations including pipelines, and automatics. EDC employs over 1800 engineers and is the largest engineering center in the Central Europe.


Supporting the section manager leading the team, particularly:

  • Organizing of internal and external meetings
  • Supporting section communication plan
  • Organizing business trips & events
  • Expense processing support
  • Preparation of reports and presentations
  • Assistance with processing of financial tasks & documents
  • Coordination of the calendar and schedule of activities
  • Cooperation with company’s departments in other countries within the region
  • Cooperation with other divisions within the company
  • General administrative support of engineering teams
  • Support for the local operations team
  • Office space & asset management

  • Qualifications / Requirements

    • Previous experience on similar position
    • Bachelor’s degree
    • MS Office package proficiency
    • Advanced oral and written communication skills in English
    • Excellent business culture
