All data provided to data controllers will be stored and processed in accordance with the provisions of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on providing services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002, No 144, item 1204 as amended), as well as in accordance with the Polish Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data.

Personal data provided to data controllers in a Careers Application Form, a Scholarship Program Application Form or in any other way will be used by data controllers for the following purposes: (i) your use of the site; (ii) processing applications for current job vacancies within Engineering Design Center; (iii) processing applications for internship at Engineering Design Center; (iv) processing applications for the Justyna Moniuszko Scholarship; (v) contacting you and replying to correspondence sent by you; (vi) technical operation of the site; (vii) maintaining the site’s statistics; and (viii) performing research and analysis aimed at improving the site.

Careers Application Form and Scholarship Program Application Form
To apply for a job vacancy within Engineering Design Center or for the Justyna Moniuszko Scholarship you are required to provide the following information, which you recognize and expressly acknowledge are personal data allowing others, including us, to identify you: first and last name, an email address, place of your registered residence, information about your educational background, experience and skills, and information included in a resume. We may also ask you to provide additional information for the needs of the recruitment, internship and scholarship awarding process.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any personal information you submit.
When you visit the site our servers automatically record information about your use and your visit to the site (“Log Data”). The Log Data may include information such as your computer Internet Protocol (IP) address, time and date of your requests, your browser type, what software you were using, the web page you were visiting immediately prior to visiting the site, access times and dates, your location, mobile network information and other statistics.
