Engineering Design Center was created in the year 2000 under an agreement between General Electric and the Institute of Aviation and gathering passionate people in different areas of expertise like engineering, software and analytics. With dynamic organization growth we are looking for candidates for position below.

Responsibilities

  • Gathering and documenting product requirements
  • Providing support to Product Owner in product definition
  • Modeling of business processes
  • Analysis of the systems integrations
  • Assistance in functional testing and UAT
  • Cooperation with project leaders, business representatives and development teams
  • Participation in technical working groups, status meetings and meetings with the users
  • Working in an international environment
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
    • Experience in Business Processes analysis
    • Experience in business process modelling notations (e.g. UML, BPMN) and mock-ups
    • Strong communication, specifically the ability to articulate ideas, problems, and solutions in a way other people understand (both verbally and documented)
    • Strong problem solving abilities
    • Software development experience
    • Great communication skills
    • Good knowledge of English
    • Desired

      • Proactively identifies and removes project obstacles or barriers on behalf of the team
      • Demonstrates clarity of thinking to work through limited information and vague problem definitions
      • Ability to work in Agile environment as a member of Scrum Team
      • Good interpersonal skills
      • Basic knowledge of SOA principles and databases
      • Experience of working closely with customers and internal business units
      • Able to work under minimal supervision
