Role Summary / Purpose

As Scrum Master you will make best use of your Agile and Scrum knowledge to drive full stack development of software for Aviation industry. Given all necessary tools and support you will be expected to maintain and improve Agile culture in order to influence Dev Team’s morale and velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Being Scrum Master for local Dev Teams: Facilitation, organisation, interfacing with Stakeholders
  • Protecting your Scrum teams from disruptions
  • Teaching and advocacy of Agile and Scrum
  • Driving Agile Transformation at local, regional and global levels
  • Qualifications / Requirements

    • Worked as Scrum Master for more than few sprints
    • Has great track record of Software Product delivered, either in startup or corporate environments
    • Software development background or similar is nice to have
